Top Molars!

Well, it's official tonight, I managed to pry my fingers into Ethan's mouth to feel his top gums and I felt a tidbit of tooth on both sides of his upper jaw where his molars are. So, it seems as if all the fuss has truly been related to his molars. I hope the pain and suffering doesn't last long. I've never been one to be crazy about taking medicine myself and I just hate pumping tylenol down Ethan all the time, but I do it as often as it seems like he's in pain. I just wish he could 'use his words' and tell me that it's definitely his teeth hurting. Oh well...at least we have proof of his molars coming in now!!

Wow, you are on top of things. He is growing up SO quickly. It's definitely time for Hickman Baby #2 :).

I know what you mean about medicine, I hated (and still hate) giving it to Bella when her teeth are bothering her. But, we were like you and kept it pumped in her when she was getting her teeth. It's funny b/c she barely made a fuss w/ her molars and then there they were. Our pediciatrician always recommended Motrin b/c it lasts longer and is an anti-inflammatory, just FYI.

Yeah....Evan's getting his lower molars now so back to back but at least we will get it all over with at the same time....I hate giving Evan meds too I alternate Motrin and Tylenol and I cut up an all natural fruit popsicle for Evan and he really liked the cold I think....

In my day we didn't take Tylenol (R) to ease our toothing pain, and it probably helped shape our character! It ain't pain that's the problem, it's the coddling! Why, my mom took a wooden spoon to me when I didn't do right, and now I do right! And when I's sick none of that Advill (C) for me, no sirree! And now I don't stay sick for more than a day or two, since my immune system is used to it, and I don't even have symptoms that are noticeable enough for me to even call meself sick!
